Sibaeli Chocolate Tour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Chocolate Sibaeli for your artisanal chocolate tour experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and sometimes changes to travel plans are necessary. Below are our cancellation and rescheduling policies designed to be as fair as possible to both parties.

 

Reservation Cancellations:

 

1. Clients may cancel their tour at least 5 days prior to the tour date to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email.

 

2. For cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This means that only 50% of the total payment made will be refunded.

 

3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund. In cases of emergency, please contact us directly to discuss possible options.

 

Reservation Rescheduling:

 

1. Reservations can be rescheduled to a later date at no additional cost, provided notification is given at least 5 days prior to the original tour date. This is subject to availability of spaces on future tours.

 

2. If you wish to reschedule your tour with less than 5 days notice from the tour date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, an additional charge for rescheduling may be required.

Our tours are artisanal and we operate under a family business model, so we require sufficient time to prepare and ensure that each visitor receives the most enriching experience.
